Recently, I’ve become intrigued by the “work boot” fashion statements celebs like Rihanna and Rita Ora have been sporting. So many times I see these boots being worn with crop tops and skin tight dresses and I think to myself…probably could never pull that off! I decided to give the trend a whirl with my own personal touch.
Being a huge fan of sparkle, I went with a casual sweater with a little glam. This sweater was one I got from Nate for Christmas from JC Penney (p.s. love that store lately!) I’ve been wearing these Diva skinnies from Old Navy until they’ve pretty much walked on their own. What can I say? I can’t find another pair that fit me as well and look as good cuffed.
I got this necklace from a local consignment shop in Erie –The Sassy Peacock. I recently purchased a brand new Dooney and Bourke nautical travel bag for my long trip down south later this week from there. I’m obsessed!
Only 4 more days until the big move! I’m getting nervous and excited! We had our big goodbye party last night and had a blast. I really appreciated all of the people who came out to say goodbye. I’m going to miss my friends and family dearly but I know some good times and awesome opportunities are on the horizon. Hard to believe that by the end of this week I’ll be moving into my new house. Here’s to the next chapter! Can’t wait to meet some of you new lady bloggers in the Orlando area!
