Yay! My parents flew in last night and Nate and I went to grab them from the Orlando International Airport to come home and have some pizza. Unfortunately, they’re leaving tomorrow to go on a cruise to the Bahamas but I’m excited that they’ll be back to spend some time around the holidays with us.
Today, Nate and I took them to Celebration for some lunch and ice cream. We were amazed to see how cool they had decorated the quaint little town. We even saw a “faux” ice rink! We ate lunch at Celebration Town Tavern then grabbed some ice cream at a little candy shop down the street. They thought it was so wild to be almost “too hot” down here in December (it was 86 degrees today!).
Because we were going to be doing a lot of walking and it was hot out, I opted for this casual outfit with Toms. I got these glitter Toms a couple of weeks ago and they’re like walking on air. I love how they can look dressy even with a casual outfit like this one.
I fell in love with this comfy cotton dress from Marshalls about a month ago.It has a mock turtleneck and a bit slit in the back which looks extra beautiful paired with this season’s racerback bralettes. To look a little bit more “fall” I added a cargo vest and cinched the waist with this belt. My feet never got tired and it was the perfect compromise for all of this gorgeous weather we’ve been having!
